To the family I am deeply saddened by the loss of Mr. Otha. I loved him and looked up to him as a father. He was so full of life and put a smile in your face no matter the situation. It's gonna be hard without him physically being here; but Just know he lives in our hearts forever. Hold on to the memories, the funny things he did and said and it will make you laugh and in the midst it eases the pain. I love all of you and and may God touch your heart and give you peace.

I'd like to express deep sympathy for loss of your loved one. I hope and pray this message bring comfort and soothe the pain that you are experiencing at this time. What has help me to cope and deal with lost a love one is found God's Word the Bible in Psalms 113:5-8 'Who is like Jehovah our God, The one who dwells on high? 6 He stoops down to look on heaven and earth, 7 Raising the lowly from the dust. He lifts up the poor from the ash heap 8 In order to make him sit with nobles, With nobles of his people.' You can find similar comforting verses in the website jw.org.

To the family, my husband and I offer our deepest sympathy to you in the loss of Brother Otha. He was a good man who loved God and his family. My last memory of him was when WGBC went out to visit with him for his 81st birthday. He was so happy with a big smile on his face. He held me so tight when I gave him a hug and I felt like he was telling me good-bye and he loved me. I will forever cherish his memory and his smile. Family always know that to be absent from the body is to be present with the LORD.
