Charles Laynell “Poom Poom” Parham was born in Atlanta, Ga on March 17, 1967, to the late Charlie Parham Jr, and Betty M. Gresham. He departed this life on November 24, 2023. Charles was a graduate of Lithonia High School, Class of 1985. During his time at Lithonia High School, he became a lover of basketball and was an active member of the team. In his spare time, he loved to watch movies or play a game of dominos. He was the life of the party and sure to bring laughter to the room. Charles was the youngest of his three living siblings Sharon (Willie) Morris, Tampa Kirkland, Gary (Jackie) Gresham, and one deceased brother Dwayne Gresham. He leaves to cherish his memories his beloved wife, Andrea Parham. His sisters and brothers Sharon (Willie) Morris, Tampa Kirkland, Gary (Jackie) Gresham. His nieces and nephew, Jabeanna (Ron) Harper, Allison (Dexter) Riley, Shannon (Lionel) Ledlum, and Justin Kirkland, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews.
