Minister Nevada C. Banks 'Biddy', 59 of 287 N. Hickory Street of Angier, NC passed away on January 11, 2017 at the home.
Visitation: 12:00 - 7:00 pm Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Trice Funeral Home, 127 N. West Street in Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526
Wake: 6:00 - 7:00 pm Sunday, January 15, 2017 at Saint Augusta Missionary Baptist Church in Fuquay-Varina, NC (Musical Celebration 6:30-7:00 pm)
Funeral will be held 7:00 pm Sunday, January 15, 2017 at Saint Augusta Missionary Baptist Church, 605 Bridge Street in Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526 (Rev. Dr. Marvin Connelly, Jr, Pastor)
Burial: 10:00 am Monday, January 16, 2017 at Starlight Memorial Gardens in Holly Springs, NC 27540
At the families request they will only be receiving friends between the hours of 1:00 - 9:00 pm at the home of Mrs. Lameka Banks Davis, 27 Winter Circle in Angier, NC 27501. Please honor the families request.

I read about the recent death of 'Biddy' and I know the Banks family and loved ones have saddened hearts today. God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matt. 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises, including the resurrection. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection. (John 5:28, John 6:40, John 11:25) Also, Titus 1: 2 tells us this promise of a resurrection: 'is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God, who cannot lie, promised long ago.' Isaiah 26:19 'Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life.' Isaiah 25:8 'He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it.'
