Sylvester Kendrick, 84, of Palatka (native of Jacksonville) entered the sunset of life on Friday, December 1, 2023, at HCA Florida Putnam Hospital.

"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."

The Family will receive friends and the community 5-7p.m., Friday, December 15, at the Felix Coleman Memorial Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held 11a.m., Saturday, December 16, at Passionate First Born Church, Palatka. Interment will be held in Pattersonville Cemetery.
