Ms. Nora Valencia Spencer,60, of Gadsden, passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2023.

Ms. Nora Valencia Spencer was bon on March 26, 1963 in Mobile, AL to the late Azerine Spencer Sewell & Obie Lee Bryant Jr.

Lisa confessed her life at an early age and joined Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.

She received her education from Litchfield High School.

She worked in the medical field for many years where she developed a compassion for caring for others.

Her family was her pride and joy and she enjoyed spending time with her “two daughters and five grandkids,” her favorite saying!

Lisa was preceded in death by her parents; Sister, Natalye Spears; Three uncles, Robert, Norman, and Steven Spencer.

She leaves to cherish her beautiful memories to her two daughters, Shaletha Spencer and Brandy Spencer; Four granddaughters, Kelis Wilson, Maleah Carter, Mallory Carter, and Mazin Wilson; One grandson, Calvin Wilson; Sister, Senera Kelley; Adopted sister, Virginia Scott; Brother, Stokes (Lan) Spencer Sr.; Nieces, Tobitha Rowe, Teffney Spears, and Zakia Spencer; Nephews, John Spears, Stokes Spencer Jr., Darius (Chandreka) Spencer and Maurice Jones and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be Friday, December 8, 2023 from 3pm-6pm.

Funeral services will be Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the Mount Zion Baptist Church, E. Gadsden. Eulogist: Pastor Z'Andre Huff.

Interment: Lincoln Hill Memorial Garden
