Jennifer Renee Smith, 34 of 12330 Verdant Court in Charlotte, NC passed on April 5, 2017 at the home.

Wake: 1:30 - 2:30 pm Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Poplar Spring Christian Church in Raleigh, NC

Funeral will be held 2:30 pm Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Poplar Springs Christian Church, 6115 Old Stage Road in Raleigh, NC 27603 (Rev. Charles Brooks, Pastor)
