Doris Foy, 82 of the Rocky Run Community, passed at her residence Wednesday, December 6, 2023.

Ritualistic service by the Iota Sigma Zeta Chapter of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. is 6:30 PM Monday, December 11 2023 at Oscar's Memorial Chapel.

Her funeral service is 1:00 PM, Tuesday December 12, 2023 at St. James AME Zion Church. Interment will follow at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.

Doris is survived by her husband, Joseph Melvin Foy, of the home; son, Donald Maurice Foy, Raleigh, NC; daughter, Angela Little, New Bern, NC; grandson, Joseph Mullgrav; cousins Marie Outten and Ernie Outten.
