Funeral service for JoAnn Ramsey Clark "Jo Baby" 67, will be Saturday, December 9, at 1 pm at the Gaines Chapel AME Church where Rev. Shannon Fletcher, pastor and Minister Perry Bennett, officiating. Interment will follow in Eden Hills Cemetery. Mrs. Clark passed away on November 29, 2023 at Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Clark's remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to her service. She was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church, also the African American Civil Rights Organization, the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC). Survivors include her siblings: Linda (Weldan) Willis, Edward (Akanke) Ramsay, Jr., Cathy (Louis) Mack, Ronald Ramsey, Nathan Harvill, Jr., other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Harold Ramsey, Sr. and Rosa Etta Ramsey Harvill, Nathan Harvill, Sr., her husband, James Clark, siblings, LaRosa Harvill Good, Debra Harvill Hughes.
