Hoover leaves to cherish his memories, a loving daughter who was her daddy’s biggest cheerleader, Kimberly Cross and one son, Stacy Cross both of Fuquay-Varina, NC; Six grandchildren, Jerry, Devin, Alijah, Porcha, Alexis and Stacy, Jr; Four loving and precious great-grandchildren, Kaiden, Emmary, Josiah and Deyonna; Three sisters, Patricia Beckwith (James) and Dorothy Easton (Harrison) both of Apex, NC; and Regina Farrar (Ernest) of Fuquay-Varina, NC; two brothers, Larry Mangum (Teresa), of Fuquay-Varina, NC; and Frantonio Brunson of Apex, NC; One goddaughter, Krystle Smith of Apex, NC; Two aunts, Elander Jenkins of Fuquay-Varina, NC; and Edna Tate of Apex, NC; two uncles, Robert Tate and Quincy Tate, both of Brooklyn, NY; an everlasting friend, Teresa Cross of Fuquay-Varina; and two special friends Danny Epps and Reggie Epps both of Apex, NC; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
