Nathan Curnell Gould, 72 of Fuquay-Varina, NC passed on June 23, 2018 at Transitions LifeCare in Raleigh, NC. In God’s hands, Nathan leaves to cherish his memory: his beloved wife, Patricia of the home; daughter, Whitney of Baltimore, MD; sons, Terrence Prince (Deyon), Loren Prince (Delfone), both of Waldorf, MD, Charles Prince II (Nneka) of Brandywine, MD, and Duane Prince (Shannon) of Temple Hills, MD; surrogate parents, Nathan Dunn (Vandella) of Marmora, NJ; sisters, Annie Mae Gould of Bridgeton, NJ, Pauline Deshields of Carney Point, NJ, Delora Ferebee (Randolph), Elaine Morris, both of Gouldtown, NJ, Alvetta Bailey (Raymond) of Willingboro, NJ, and Debra Pierce (Michael) Newton of Highland, MA; brothers, Johnnie Gould (Vice), Anthony Pierce (Donna), both of Gouldtown, NJ, Maynard Pierce (Martina) of Kernesville, NC, and Nathan C. Dunn (Elsie) of Pennsgrove, NJ; ten grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation: 12:00 -7:00 pm Friday, June 29, 2018 at Trice Funeral Home Chapel, 127 N. West Street in Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526.

Wake: 12:00 - 1:00 pm Saturday, June 30, 2018 at St. Augusta Missionary Baptist Church in Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526

Funeral will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, June 30, 2018 at St. Augusta Missionary Baptist Church, 605 Bridge Street in Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526 (Rev. Dr. Marvin Connelly, Jr., Pastor)

Burial: Montlawn Memorial Park, 2911 S. Wilmington Street in Raleigh, NC 27603

Family will only be receiving friends from 2:00 - 8:00 pm each day. Please be mindful of the family's request.

I was so sorry to hear of Nate's passing. He was one of the first people to welcome me when I joined Clubworx. I will miss his great booming voice and infectious laugh. I wish I had heard of his passing earlier so I could have attended his service. You're in my thoughts and prayers.
