Mrs. Daisy Mae Jenkins Bell, 76, entered into rest, Thursday, December 14, 2023, in Hephzibah, GA.

She was a member of the Historic First Ebenezer Baptist Church and retired from Gracewood State School and Hospital after thirty plus years of dedicated service. She graduated from Lucy Craft Laney Comprehensive High School in 1965.

Daisy's legacy will be cherished by two sons, Reginald (Kelle) Stone and James (Stefanie) Stone; daughter, Twyla Bell; adopted daughter, Mary Nero; seven siblings, Julia Mims, Minnie (Alfred) Mealing, Bennie Jenkins Jr., Gladys Jenkins, Leroy (Annette) Jenkins, Rose Gilmore, and Robert Jenkins; aunt, Lillie Dixon; eleven grandchildren, Mario, Reginald Jr. (Raconia), Ly’ndah, Dy’Quez, Keoddis, Voshon, Jayden, Ottavione, Keenan, Jameson, and Liam; great grands; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and dear friends.

A celebration of life will be 1:00 PM, Thursday, December 21, 2023, from the Historic First Ebenezer Baptist Church, 2040 Ebenezer Drive, Hephzibah, GA. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
