James Roy Willoughby, Jr., 64, of Havelock, NC., passed Monday, December 18, 2023.

Funeral service is 1:00 PM, Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at Piney Grove AME Zion Church, 1430 Temples Point Road, Havelock, NC. Interment will follow at Piney Grove AME Zion Church Cemetery.

James Roy Willoughby, Jr., is survived by his mother, Charlotte Willoughby, of the home; sisters, Lottie W. Williams, Dora Jane Willoughby and Elaine Hickman, all of Havelock, NC; a host of nieces and nephews.
