Tony Jerome Wesley, Sr., son of the late Oscar and Ollie Mae Wesley was born July 12, 1955, in Palatka, FL. He quietly left this life on December 31, 2023, with his wife standing by his side. He was preceded in death by his brothers, John Lee Wesley, Oscar Wesley Jr and Roy Frankie Lee Wesley and sisters Louise Myers and Elouise Williams.
Tony was lovingly known as Quack to his family and friends. He was very athletic and an awesome football player; well known as a hard-hitting linebacker. He enjoyed grilling, making jambalaya and crab boils for family and friends. He graduated from Hastings High School in 1973 and joined the United States Army.
On December 13, 1975, he was joined in holy matrimony with his loving wife Ardrene. This union was blessed with one son, Tony Jerome Wesley Jr, (TJ).
Tony accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.

The Wesley family will receive friends and the community 5-6:30 p.m., Friday, January 12, at the Felix Coleman Memorial Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held graveside 11 a.m., Saturday, January 13, at Gethsemane Cemetery.
Due to the weather, the service for Tony Wesley, Sr., has been moved from the scheduled graveside service to the Felix Coleman Memorial Chapel tomorrow morning at 11:00.
