Patsy Lee Lofton Jarman, 77, of New Bern passed Sunday, December 31, 2023.

Her service is 12:00 PM, Thursday, January 4, 2024 at Oscar's Memorial Chapel. The interment will follow at Core Creek Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Clarence Jarman, New Bern; son, Deonte Brothers, New Bern; nephews, David Garris, and Douglas Garris both of Vanceboro; niece, Dr. Vickie Mabry-Height, California.
