Mr. Alvin Dixon, 67, entered into rest, Friday, December 29, 2023, in Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center-Downtown Division.

Mr. Dixon was a member of World Outreach Evangelistic Church. He was a retired veteran having served in the United States Air Force. He was also a member of the Weed & Seed Community Outreach Program. He graduated from Academy of Richmond County Comprehensive High School.

Alvin Dixon’s legacy will be cherished by his sisters, Linda (Fredrick) Prophet, Caroline Alexander, and Mattie Robinson; brother, McCall (Joann) Dixon; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.

A celebration of life will be 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at World Outreach Evangelistic Church, 3521 Jack Kelly Road, Augusta, GA. Interment will follow in Westover Memorial Park with military honors.
