Mr. Ramsey was a full time college student at Florida Palms University.

Connie, words cannot express the sympathy we all are feeling for you and your family right now. This was a hard pill for me to swallow, so unbelievably hard to accept the fact that this gentle, sweetheart was no longer here with us. My heart aches for you and if I could just hold you in my arms right now, I would never let go until you say so. The brief memories that I have of Devin and my son Donte, when they were much younger, are everlasting memories that we will cherish and never forget because those were great moments. I was always inspired by your unwavering dedication, love, and commitment towards your children. You did an amazing job raising them and you should be very proud of yourself for that.
