Rashad Lamar Nelson was born on March 24, 1993, in Clearwater, Florida to Angel Roshanda Boykin and Rahji F. Nelson, Sr.

Rashad was a graduate of Plattville High School, Class of 2012. He was employed with FedEx Express and was of the Jehovah's Witness faith. Rashad enjoyed spending time playing basketball and smoking a good cigar. He was actively pursuing a music career. Rashad will be remembered for his kindness and the smile that lit up the room.

Rashad Lamar Nelson transitioned from this earthly life to eternal rest on January 1, 2024, in Madison, Wisconsin.

He was predeceased by his grandfathers, Walter Raleigh Boykin, III and Sebron Frank Nelson, Jr.; great grandparents Sir Walter R., Jr and Susie B.(Jean) Boykin, Leona and Charles Bradham, Sr great uncles, Charles Bradham, Jr., Lemuel Bradham, Marion Young; greats aunts Mattie Williams and Patricia Rowe(Johnnie Sr);
