Alexander Bell was born November 4, 1954, to the late Woodrow and Eliza Bell. His brother, Anthony Lee Bell, preceded him in death.
Alexander attended Memphis City Schools and was a proud graduate of Hamilton High School.

Later, he transferred his membership to Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church where he continued serving the Lord by singing praises in the Mass Choir.
