MAPLE SHADE, NJ-- Mr. Willie Charles Jones, Lt. Col. (USMC, Retired), 56, of 1330 Old Kings Highway, Apt. 1807, Maple Shade, NJ, entered into eternal rest on September 10, 2011. he was the son of the late Mr. Robert Meadows and Rev. Alice V. Jones. He was a native of Spartanburg County. Mr. Jones attended the Bethany Baptist Church, Lindenwald, NJ.Survivors include one son, Mr. Carlos M. Jones of Orlando, FL; one daughter, Ms. Chineka O. Jones of Jacksonville, NC; his fianc??e, Ms. Helen Turner of Charlotte, NC; one brother, Mr. Stanley L. (Marjorie) Jones, Sr. of Spartanburg; two sisters, Ms. Jacqueline Hunt of Spartanburg and Ms. Mary Phillips of Spartanburg; one grandchild, Nyla Skyy Jones of Orlando, FL; and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 24, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel.
