Bob Willie Fulton was born on November 28, 1950, in Woodville, GA as the last child of parents Adam David (A.D.) Fulton and Annie Mae Latimore Fulton. He was a loving father, brother, uncle, and friend who will be dearly missed. His life was full of laughter and love of family. Many fun and lasting memories were created at family gatherings as his presence was always the pinnacle and brought loads of enjoyment. He certainly left an impactful mark on the lives of many as he navigated through life. His contributions to others were countless and meaningful.
Bob grew up in Greene County. However, he saw more opportunities of a better life and moved to Atlanta in young adulthood. This is where he created a life for himself and was sometimes, unconventional in his ways which molded the person he developed into. He was well versed on many subjects which allowed him to grow and help others along the way.
Bob succumbed to a short illness on January 30, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, A.D. (1984) and Annie Mae Fulton (1986); siblings Robert Fulton (1974), Carrie Reese (2006), Adam Fulton (2012), Mary Fulton (2017), and Annie Bell Robinson (2019). He is survived by his children Bobrecus Fulton, Yvonne Robinson, and Hope Robinson; sister, Julia Moore of Athens, GA; aunt, Ethelene Fulton of Woodville, GA; 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Special love to nephews Dennis Fulton, Willie Fulton, Ralph Fulton, Charles Robinson, Omar Robinson; nieces Julie Robinson, Bobbie R. Davis and acknowledgement of friend, Annette Stephens.
