Bobby Gene Chambers
July 19, 1956 - January 22, 2024

Bobby Gene Chambers was born July 19, 1956 in Farmville, Virginia to William and Jenny Hix Chambers.

At an early age Bobby confessed Christ as his Savior, was baptized and joined Mount Pleasant Baptist Church of Hixburg, Virginia. He received his education through the Appomattox County Public School System.

He was a loving, caring, strong, and hard-working man. He was a devoted father, who worked unselfishly to provide for his family. He was employed by Archer Creek Foundry for many years.

Bobby was preceded in death by his father, William McKinley Chambers and son Terrance Chambers.

He leaves to cherish many memories: his mother, Jenny Bell Chambers; one son, Sharalla Scott; three brothers, Earl Troxler (Rosa), Harry Troxler (Linda), and Lawrence Chambers (Doretha); three grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
