Mr. Romeo Bullock, 98, of Chesapeake, Va. passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024. A celebration of his wonderful life will be held, Saturday, February 17, 2024, 12noon at Third Baptist Church, 461 Godwin Street, Portsmouth, VA 23704. Visitation and viewing will begin on Friday, February 16, 2024, from 4:00pm- 7:00pm at Steele-Bullock Funeral Home. Burial will follow the funeral at Greenlawn Memorial Garden, Chesapeake, VA.
