On February 14, 2024, God called Ms. Katie home. She joined the Flat Rock Baptist Church at an early age. She enjoyed cleaning houses, fishing, and cooking. She had a very sweet and loving spirit. She showed kindness and welcomed everyone.

Leaving her to love and cherish her memories is her daughter Mary Kate; three grandchildren: Mallory, Mason and ShaMar. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
