SPARTANBURG, SC-- Mr. Arthur Means, Jr., 61, of 238 Fuller Rd., widow of Mrs. Peggy Ann Bestill Means, entered into eternal rest Friday evening, October 19, 2012. he was the son of the late Mr. Arthur Means, Sr. and Mrs. Martha Alexander Means. He was a native of Spartanburg County. He was a member of the Moore's Chapel Baptist Church, Moore, SC. Mr. Means was retired from the Army Reserve after more than twenty years.Survivors include a sister, Martha Alexander of Spartanburg, SC; a brother, Mr. James Means of Woodruff, SC; and a devoted friend, Ms. Sheila Fullenwider of Inman, SC.Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 24, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. at the Moore's Chapel Baptist Church. Reverend James B. Martin will officiate.
