Mrs. Bessie Clayton, of Greenwood, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Monday, February 12, 2024, at her residence.

Homegoing Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at 11:00 AM from the sanctuary of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church located at 4895 River Road in Bascom, Florida 32423 where Reverend Leroy Hall is the pastor and Reverend Riley J. Henderson, officiating.

Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Clayton will lie in repose at the church from 10:00 AM until time for the service.

She leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond, yet precious memories, a loving and devoted family:

One Daughter: Marthinea (Guy L.) Anderson of Willingboro, New Jersey

Three Sons: Calvin B. Clayton of Orange, New Jersey; Chris V. Clayton and Paul K. Clayton both of Greenwood, Florida

Sister: Phyllis Jackson of Bascom, Florida

And a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
