Mr. Thomas M. Kelly, age 64, of Athens, GA passed February 24, 2024. Mr. Michael Kelly will be repatriated to The Republic of Ireland, for funeral services and interment. Frank Leonard Funeral Home of Ballinasloe, Co. Galway, Republic of Ireland will handle final arrangements.
