Ruth Harris Smith, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away Monday, February 26, 2024. The funeral service will be Friday, March 8, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at New Life COGIC Annex 4, 4781 Mobile Hwy, Montgomery, AL 36108, with Pastor Charles Clark officiating. Interment will follow at Eastwood Cemetery with the staff of E. G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Thursday, March 7, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Ms. Smith will lie in repose one hour before the funeral service at the church.
