Obituary For Joseph Johns Willingham

Mr. Joseph Johns Willingham, of Camilla, Ga., passed on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at his residence. Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. at Oakgrove Missionary Baptist Church, 7141 Pipeline Road, Camilla, Georgia 31730. Reverend Johnny Williams, Officiating. Burial will follow in Oakgrove Cemetery.

He will be out for public viewing, Friday, 4PM-6PM.

Ms. Gloria and families, and friends, and other loved ones, you all have my sympathy with the passing of Mr. Joseph. Heaven has surely gained another angel. 'JoeBoy' was a light, that came into my life through our jobs with the City of Camilla, working at City Hall. He was a delight, kind, and caring soul. He worked hard, was a proud Veteran that served his country proudly. And he definitely was a fisherman, not only of fish, but of men. May God comfort and strengthen you all in the coming days, and I pray that the fondest of memories will fill your hearts with joy. Joe may you enjoy your reward in heaven and knowing if there is a pond in heaven may you fish many more times...
