Mr. Dennis Cook, 56 was born in April 4th, 1967 in Leake County to George and Mattie Ree Cook.

He joined Christ at an early age at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church. He graduated from Carthage High School and had one son, Kevin Matlock.

Mr. Cook was preceded in death by his parents: George and Mattie Ree Cook, one Sister: Annie Ree Townsend, and two brothers: Jessie James Lewis and Billy Glen Lewis.

He leaves behind to Cherish his memory, his son: Kevin (Erica) Matlock, a special niece: Rodzland (Robert) Williams, three sister: Mirian (Andrew) Slaughter, Diane (Eddie) White, and Maxine (Billy) Cary. Two brothers: Rufus Lewis an Ricky Kincaid.
