With heavy hearts, we celebrate the life and legacy of Stacey Lynne Moyer. In the early morning of March 5, 2024, Stacey peacefully departed this world at her earthly residence, surrounded by her beloved family to be embraced in the arms of the Lord within her heavenly home.
Stacey came into this world on May 20, 1963, in Sharon, PA, as the eldest daughter of Ralph E. and Nathalie (Ethridge) Lampkins. She was a vibrant soul filled with love and boundless joy. Her presence brought light and warmth to all whose lives she touched.
Stacey was a proud 1981 alumna of Farrell High School and remained active with her classmates well beyond graduation. She furthered her post-secondary education at the Computer Tech Institute of Pittsburgh, PA.
Stacey was a devoted wife to her husband Kenneth Moyer Sr., a loving mother to their sons, O'Bryan & Kenneth Jr. and highly esteemed member of the community. Stacey was unwavering in her support of her family and community. She was cherished by friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
As a Supervisor of Production at Daffin Candies & Confectionary, Stacey's dedication and leadership for 15 years was exemplary, leaving an indelible mark on those she worked with. Stacey was currently employed at 2J’s and a Bee. As an entrepreneur, she owned & operated Klarity’s Korner, a children’s boutique. Stacey was an AVID shopper and was a fashionista!
Her infectious spirit extended beyond her professional endeavors, as she was deeply involved in community service and event planning. Stacey's commitment to giving back was evident in her tireless efforts in fundraising and coordinating events that brought joy and unity to those around her. Stacey also served as the treasurer and fundraising coordinator for various activities for the Difference Ministry.
Stacey’s love of volunteerism led her to organize and operate various concession stands for more than thirty years. Her enterprising spirit helped to garner valuable resources for numerous charitable causes. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends such as attending sporting events, however she found passion in coordinating, planning and executing special events and projects. Stacey’s passion for bringing people together was exemplified in her role in organizing the iconic Lampkins Family Reunions.
Stacey leaves to cherish fondest memories shared with her husband, Kenneth E. Moyer Sr. and their two sons, O’Bryan C. (Crystal) Lampkins of GA., Kenneth E. Moyer Jr. of Farrell, along with her brother Ryan Lampkins of Farrell and sister, Sybil Lampkins of Harrisburg, PA.
Her legacy will be emboldened by her eight grandchildren; Aryana, Aniyah, Amir, Amar, Ashton, Adon, Aaryn and Klarity; six godchildren and her special nieces SanTia & Sierra and nephews RaShaad, Jarell, Damian and Melvin Jr.
Additionally, Stacey enjoyed a special bond with her sisters-in-love Sharlene Moyer, Janice Williams both of Sharon and Gayle Moyer of Edinboro; special aunts Bishop Sally Saunders and Martha Kelly, both of Farrell, along with an expansive score of cousins and close friends.
As Stacey takes her place among the ancestors, she was preceded in eternal life by her parents, Ralph and Nathalie, godmother Mattie Robinson and mother-in-love Lois C. Moyer.
A service celebrating Stacey's life will be held at the Hour of Power Full Gospel Tabernacle, 1126 Fruit Street in Farrell, on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at 11:00 am. There will be a public viewing at 10:00 am where the community can pay its respect to the Moyer Family. Following the service, Stacey will be laid to rest at the Oakwood Cemetery, 600 N Oakland Ave, Sharon, PA, surrounded by those who loved her deeply.
As we reflect on Stacey's remarkable life, we find solace in the cherished memories she leaves behind. A beacon of light and love, her legacy will continue to inspire and uplift us all. The world is undoubtedly a brighter place because Stacey graced it with her presence. May her gentle soul rest in eternal peace.
