Celebration of Life Service for Ms. Theresa Fowler of Oxford, GA, will be Friday, March 15, 2024, at 12:00PM; Willie A. Watkins Historic West End Chapel, 1003 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. SW, Atlanta, GA, 30310.

Interment: Lincoln Cemetery.

There will not be a public viewing, although the family would like to extend family and friends to come to our chapel on Thursday, March 14, 2024, from 5:00PM - 7:00PM for "Love Day", to shower them with love and support during their time of grief.
