Frederick Wayne Hurt was born October 16, 1965 to the late Alfred Deadwyler and Fannie Mae Hurt. He was raised under the parentage of Guy and Beatrice McCollins.

Frederick affectionately known as Fred, was full of life and was always ready to lend a helping hand. Fred attended Greene County Schools. He was known for his love of singing and had a talent for drawing.

Frederick leaves to cherish his memories his daughter: Charell Howell; granddaughter Chloe Simmons. He also leaves ten siblings: Tommy Hurt, Alfreda (JB) Hurt, Robert (Vanessa) West, Alfonzo (Veranda) West, Geraldine West, Jeremiah West, Elijah (Reba) West, Charles West, Kobie (Teresa) West and Kelvin (Kimberly) West; one aunt: Hazel Bert and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Service will held Saturday March 16, 2024 from the Watts Funeral Chapel in Union Point, Ga. at 2pm with Rev. Arthur Porter Officiating
