Glenn Terrell Deering received the precious gift of life on September 25, 1955 in Marianna, Florida. He was the son of the late Chester Deering Sr. and Hattie Fitzpatrick Deering. He was one of five (5) children; proceeded in death by sister, Willa Dean Hall and brother, Perry Deering.

Glenn was a unique person. Everyone who knew him had a funny story tell. He kept everyone laughing over many memorable moments. He will truly be missed, but his memory will live on.

Memories of Glenn’s precious life will be kept close in heart by his brothers Freddie Deering and wife Rosa of Los Angeles, California; Chester Deering Jr. of Dothan, Alabama; devoted nephew and niece, Patrick Hall of Columbus, Georgia; Tammy Jackson of Montgomery, Alabama; honorable niece, Keishia Durham of Macon, Georgia; seven nieces; four nephews; and a host of cousins, other relatives and dear friends.

Graveside Homegoing Services will be held on Sunday, March 17, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Orange Hill Cemetery in Marianna, Florida with Apostle Mary Johnson officiating. Burial will follow with the caring staff of Peoples Funeral Home of Marianna directing.
