On March 13, 2024, God reached out his hands, and called, 86, Rebecca Clarke-Mosley home to be with him.

Mrs. Mosley's graveside service will be on March 28, 2024, @ 2 pm, located at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, 6309 East Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, Virginia 23502.
