William Brown Obituary

William Jefferson Brown Sr., a United States Marine Corps Veteran, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024. William was born in Edgefield, SC to the late Thelma Phillips and John Brown. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Thomasine A. Brown. He leaves to treasure his memory; one daughter, Alicia (Brown) Simms (Kevin); two sons, William Brown, Jr. and Donte Day.

The family will receive visitors on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at Little Rock Church for Christ, 5030 Sheriff Road, NE, Washington, DC 20019, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., time of the funeral service. Interment will take place at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery, Suitland, MD. Arrangements by Horton Funeral Home, Washington, DC.
