Sgt Dell Tilley was a great Texas Medical Ranger(Tyler). He served as a non-commissioned officer for about 12 years with his wonderful wife. Sgt Tilley moreover was a very caring man, who worked hard during our deployments to provide medical care to all...It was a great blessing and inspiration for me to serve with him...and I was proud to call him friend....God Bless his Family. SALUTE from CPT William Bellenfant, TXSTGd-retired....
