John Luther “Scoobie” Patterson II, 51 of Huntersville, North Carolina transitioned on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at Atrium Health – CMC Main, Charlotte, North Carolina

He was born in Lincoln County, North Carolina on August 16, 1972 to Pearline Elaine Wingate Friday and the late John Patterson, Sr.

He graduated from West Charlotte High School, class of 1990. He was a member of Tucker’s Grove Church.

Funeral service is Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 12:00 noon at Tucker’s Family Life Center(4501 NC-73) , Iron Station, North Carolina with burial to follow in Gethsemane Cemetery and Memorial Gardens, Charlotte, North Carolina. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. There will be a public walk through on Friday at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
