Obituary For Flonzenia Pearson

SPARTANBURG, SC - Flonzenia “Eat” Pearson, 88, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Monday, March 16, 2015 at her residence. Ms. Flonzenia Pearson was born on March 1, 1927 in Spartanburg County to the late Jim and Leila Pearson. Ms. Flonzenia was a member of Mt. Zion World Outreach. She attended the South Carolina School for the Deaf and Blind. Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: her three sons, Roy L. Pearson, Sr. of Philadelphia, PA, Jennir (Rebecca) Pearson of Simpsonville, SC, Johnny (Janice) Pearson of Spartanburg, SC; her two daughters, Shirley P. (Reggie) Littlejohn of the home, Frances A. Peoples of Spartanburg, SC; one sister, Minnie Lee Moring of Spartanburg, SC; one grandchild, Donte’ Littlejohn reared in the home; ten grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other dear relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by: two brothers, Freddie L. Pearson and James Pearson; one sister, Ms. Loreena Pearson. A Celebration of the Life of Flonzenia “Eat” Pearson will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Zion World Outreach, 320 Wimberly Dr., Spartanburg, SC. The Bishop Nathan Robinson will officiate. Interment will be in the Heritage Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at her home, 189 Silverton Street, Spartanburg, SC.
