Sister Lewis lived a life devoted to God, her family and her church. She was a humble and loving servant of God and was the last sibling born to Elliot and Clara Sutton on June 18, 1923, becoming a centenarian with over 100 years of a blessed life.

She was married to the late Robert Lewis for over 30 years to which one child was born to this union. She is blessed and leaves to cherish her memory, daughter Mattie Lewis Mosley, grandson Markus Lewis Burrell, nephew Rev. John Sutton, nieces Jewell Foster and Gloria Sutton, a host of grand nieces and nephews, great grand nieces and nephews, and great-great grand nieces and nephews.
