Obituary For Thomas Brewton

COLUMBUS, OH - Thomas Jefferson Brewton, 93, passed away Friday, May 8, 2015. He was born March 23, 1922 in Spartanburg, SC to the late Robert and Fannie Brewton. He was a highly decorated U.S. Army WWII Veteran. Thomas is survived by: his loving wife of 69 years, Katherine Brewton; his daughter, Beverly Brewton; his brothers, John (Marie) Wesley, Robert (Carrie) Brewton and Leon Brewton; his sister, Magdalene Brewton; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Mender Thomas, Gradie Reed-Jackson, Hattie Reed Roy, Rhyme Levi Reed and Gloria Reaves; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and good friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Columbus, OH; interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Fr. Charles E.
