My deepest condolences and prayers go out to Sam's family and loved ones. I remember a happy, easy going guy when we were stationed at Offutt AFB in the early 90s. I was sorry to hear of his passing. I wish you peace and love as you go through this difficult time. Sam will forever be that great guy that always had a kind word and a loving spirit. Blessings to you now.

My wife and I were two of Sam's favorite patients at the dental office. His smile, sense of humor, graciousness, professionalism, genuine sense of concern, were unmatched by anyone we know. He wasn't a close friend, but he sure made you feel like you were. We were very saddened to learn of his much too young passing. May God Bless you all who cared so much for him, We will never forget him.
