Obituary For James Johnson

JAMES JOHNSON Spartanburg, SC – James L. Johnson, 61, entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 10, 2015. Mr. Johnson was the son of the late Mr. Robert Lee Johnson and Mrs. Ida Bruster Johnson. He was the husband of Robin Reed Johnson. James was the youngest of seven children. Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: his wife of twenty-one years; his children, Virginia, Wanda, and James; his step-children, James, Christopher, Brain, Roderick and Kourtney; his sisters, Dora Littlejohn, Celia Sherred, and Brenda Colliean; his brother, Tony McDaniel; his ten grandchildren; his ten great-grandchildren; his three step-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and dear friends that loved him and will miss him. A Celebration of the Life of James L. Johnson will be held on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC. The family will receive friends at the home of his wife, Robin Reed Johnson, 306 Westview Blvd., Spartanburg, SC. J.W. Woodward Funeral Home
