Crystal S. Moore-Chambers, 43 of Memphis, Tennessee died on Friday, April 5, 2024, at Methodist South Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

Born Saturday, April 4, 1981 in Memphis, Tennessee, she was the daughter of Charles Moore and the late Beverly Sutton Moore. She was the wife of DeAndrew Chambers.

The family will receive friends Saturday, April 20, 2024 from from 1:00pm-1:55pm with a Celebration of Life to follow at 2:00pm both will be held at RS Lewis & Sons 3651 Austin Peay Hwy, Memphis, TN 38128
