Hattie Bell Willington MILWAUKEE, WI-- Mrs. Hattie Bell Willington, 78, passed on July 25, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Mrs. Queen ' Queenie' Gist Linder and Mr. Henry Linder and Mr. Carlyle Garner. Mrs. Willington was the widow of Clarence Willington; she was his devoted wife of thirty years. Hattie Bell was retired from the Milwaukee County Department of Social Services after 30 years of service. Left to cherish fond memories are: her loving children, Reginald (Tracie) Moore and Deborah Allen; her five cherished grandchildren; and her three treasured great grandchildren. A Celebration of the Life of Hattie Bell Willington will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2015. Services and interment will be held in Milwaukee. Courtesy of J.W. Woodward Funeral Home
