Obituary For Clair Hubbard

CLAIR L. HUBBARD Spartanburg, SC – Clair Hubbard, 69, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, August 18, 2015. Mr. Hubbard was born on August 13, 1946 in Rock Falls, IL. He was the son of the late Glenys Rosengren Hubbard and Lloyd G. Hubbard. Mr. Hubbard was a member of First Baptist Church of Spartanburg. Clair served two years in the United States Army. He retired from Spartanburg and Rutherford County Assessors Office. Survivors include: his daughter, Angela H. Jarecki of Greer; his son, Lawrence Hubbard; his sister, Elaine (Jerry) Holder of Sterling, IL; his four grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. Graveside Services of the Life of Clair L. Hubbard will be at a later date in Sterling, IL at Riverside Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the home of his daughter, Angela Jarecki, 343 Mellow Way, Greer, SC. A Memorial has been established for his children at First Citizens Bank, 200 Spartanburg Hwy., Lyman, SC.
