Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 1:00PM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Demond Jones, officiating with a burial following in Roper Cemetery, Sandy Ridge, AL.

Mrs. Rhodes will lie in state on Friday, April 26, 2024 from 1-8PM at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel.
