I didn't see J.C. that much, but what contact I had with him politically and through his business, was always very friendly and respectful. He was a guy who you could like on first meeting. He was open and invited me into his home soon after that meeting. He ran for County Council and lost, but that bump in the road didn't change his personality or civility one bit. I can just say that if we had a world full of J.C. Caldwells, the world would be a much better place. RIP and Godspeed my friend...

As former center manager at AAMCO, I had the privilege of knowing JC as a customer. We also called on him for electrical and AC issues. He is a fine man, passionate in doing things right, and expecting excellence from others and himself. He modeled love for God and family, devotion to excellence, and friendship. He is deeply missed.
