Gwendolyn Fulton McIlwaine, 79, of New Bern N.C. died Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at her residence.

Her funeral service is 1:00 PM, Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Without Limits Christian Center 102 Washington Post Rd., New Bern.

Gwendolyn is survived by her daughter, Denise Magwood (Karl) of the home; grandchildren, Robert Magwood, Zariah Magwood, Karvin Magwood, Kennedi Magwood of the home, Samantha Strope of New Bern, Desirae Downs and Zacheus Magwood of Charlotte, NC, KJ Magwood, Provo, UT, Karmicka Magwood and Emmonielle Magwood of Niagra Falls, NY; one brother, Eugene Thompson of Winston Salem; two sisters of the heart, Brenda Clinding of Salisbury, NC and Irene Magwood of the home; two goddaughters; Lageana Jones (Eddie) of Salisbury, NC and Morgan Hairston of Hallsboro, NC.

The family will be receiving friends at 110 Rosegarten Ct. New Bern, NC.
