Funeral service for Keith Vaughn, 51, of Opelika, AL, will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 24, 2024, Harris Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Evergreen Cemetery, 1409 Monroe Avenue, Opelika, AL, 36801, Evangelist Patricia Norwood-Tucker will officiate.

Mr. Vaughn, who passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama, was born September 7, 1972, in Macon County, Alabama.

Public viewing will be Tuesday, April 23, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

He leaves to cherish his memory: five children, LaKeshia Vaughn, LaKeith Vaughn, DaShawn Patrick, Kiwon Jones and Niyla Edwards all of Opelika, AL; mother, Dorothine Lewis Vaughn of Opelika, AL; six grandchildren, Kayson Vaughn, Kashton Vaughn, Kezlyn Jones, Zattaelee McKenzie, Isaiah Walker and Chloe Patrick; one sister, Felicia (Tyrone) Finley of Montgomery, AL; one brother, Marquez Vaughn of Opelika, AL; six aunts, Brenda (Leon) Beard, Linda Reese, Barbara Jackson, Janice Edward all of Opelika, AL, JoAnne Reese of Auburn, AL and Teresa Mason of Chicago, IL; two uncles, Ronnie (Jackie) Reese and Michael Reese both of Opelika, AL; a special friend, Ashley Henderson of Opelika, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
