Obituary For Fannie Bomar Davis

Fannie L. Bomar Davis, 74, of 99 Allen Ave., peacefully entered into eternal rest on Sunday, December 6, 2015. Fannie was born on April 2, 1941 to the late Josephine Hackett Bomar and Lawrence Bomar, Sr. She was the widow of Robert Lee Davis, Sr. Fannie was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church where she served as a secretary for many years. She graduated from Carver High School, Class of 1959. Mrs. Bomar attended Spartanburg Methodist College and Durham Business College. Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: her daughters, Brenta Joyce Wallace and Dorothy Clydine (Terry) Stewart; her sons, Carl Davis and Robert “Bobby” Davis; her twenty-one grandchildren; her twenty-eight great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other dear relatives and friends. A Celebration of the Life of Fannie L. Bomar Davis will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 220 Austin St. Spartanburg, SC. Bishop Elect Sharome L. Gentry will officiate. Interment will be in the Heritage Memorial Gardens, 3901 S. Church St., Roebuck, SC.

My prayers go out to the family I was thinking about Ms Fannie but never knew where she moved when I came back to visit months ago, may GOD Bless the family as you accept Ms Fannie's transition. GOD Bless
